ESTABLISH A SCHOLARSHIP
FIND YOUR IMPACT. FUND THEIR FUTURE.
At Iowa Lakes Community College, scholarships transform lives. By establishing a scholarship through the Iowa Lakes Foundation, you’re not just providing financial support—you’re opening doors, easing burdens, and giving students the opportunity to focus on what matters most: their education and future.
Whether you wish to honor a loved one, support a specific program, or simply give back to your community, we’ll help you create a scholarship that reflects your values and leaves a lasting legacy.
TYPES OF SCHOLARSHIPS
We offer flexible options to suit your giving goals:
-
Annual Scholarships
Funded each year by your contributions. A gift of $500 or more can establish an annual scholarship awarded to a deserving student the same year it's funded. -
Endowed Scholarships
A long-term investment that awards scholarships from earned interest while preserving the principal. A minimum gift of $10,000 (can be paid over time) is required to establish an endowed scholarship.
YOU DECIDE THE CRITERIA
You can personalize your scholarship by choosing criteria such as:
-
Area of study or program
-
Academic achievement
-
Financial need
-
Campus location
-
Student background or goals
We’ll work with you to ensure your scholarship reflects your intentions and supports the students who will benefit most.
